Magic: Juuuice partyy. The story of this coffee starts back in 1973, when Celestin Rumenerangabo and his widowed mother scraped together everything they had to build a small coffee plantation. Through tons of hard work, commitment to their community, and an insane amount of luck - these two became the powerhouse they are today. Their collective mill now makes up more than two hundred smallholders working around the Muhoro washing station . Celestin is one of those local legends who came from nothing, lost everything, got it all back, and since then, has set an incredible example for future producers in Rwanda. LFG. This coffee rules. It sparkles in a way that we’re super excited about. Rwandan coffee’s are know for their apricot, golden berry notes, baking spices, and juicy bodies. Some of us think it tastes like Dr. Pepper.
