This time of year brings some of our favorite coffee’s from Ethiopia. If you haven’t heard, we’re Little Owl - and we freakin’ love juice bombs, especially from Yirgacheffe. This region is the benchmark. It’s been cranking out some of the best quality and dynamic coffee’s for years, and it’s back for it’s 3rd year.

This coffee is the perfect balance of juicy complexity yet still refreshing. It’s filled with big body and sweetness. Think chocolate covered cherries, dark honey, followed by a nice zing of raspberry. Loving it on filter but also a fun espresso that reeeeally pairs well with milk for a sweet lil dessert for a sweet lil you <3
